Who we are and what we do
We are an owner-managed company that specializes in the construction consulting and processing of construction projects of various facets. Our product portfolio is designed for private and commercial customers. The construction costs of our managed projects range between € 20,000 and € 800 million.
In addition, we plan and build apartments and houses for private builders with individual design and are able to combine classic architecture with modern elements of current building technology. Our properties therefore meet the most stringent requirements & highest quality standards.
Our customers include numerous national and international predominantly medium-sized companies, architectural offices as well as industrial groups. In addition to the publication of various specialist publications, we regularly hold lectures on this subject with scientific institutions.
Building means preconstruction services, planning and construction management. Particularly in the field of civil engineering, as well as in the renovation of old buildings, we have already worked for numerous clients.
