Project Controlling
The project controlling includes a clearly defined performance picture for the project management services according to AHO (Committee of Associations and Chambers of Engineers and Architects for the fee).
An essential part of the project control is the performance of contractors and the function of the client in the control of projects with several specialist areas in the staff function.
