An important element of a successful real estate project is the guarantee of health and safety protection for all persons involved in construction.

The legislature has imposed this responsibility on the builder with the building site ordinance (OSE Manager). Especially for construction sites where employees of several companies are working, the client is obliged to appoint a coordinator. It can fulfill this obligation by ordering a so-called safety and health protection coordinator (SiGe Coordinator, SiGeKo).

Our employees have the necessary qualifications as well as the necessary project experience and therefore fulfill all requirements of the "Occupational health and safety on construction sites - RAB 30, Annex B and C".
